Code of conduct
HESSENN"s Code of Conduct is at the heart of its work and addresses a number of key areas:1. Free choice of work;
2. Free choice of team partners, with the right to collective bargaining;
3. Ensure the safety and health of the working environment;
4. No child Labour shall be used;
5. Wages must be paid in full and on time;
6. Working hours shall not be too long;
7. No discrimination is allowed;
8. Provide work that complies with the rules;
9. Prohibition of any harsh or inhuman treatment;
For HESSENN, the people in the supplier factories are as important as the people HESSENN employs. All participants in this enterprise deserve fair treatment and respect. HESSENN audits its suppliers regularly to ensure that all suppliers comply with HESSENN"s Code of Conduct as part of HESSENN"s daily work. HESSENN will try to avoid problems and provide them with additional support and resources if necessary. Once HESSENN and the supplier have reached a consensus on the issue, HESSENN will continuously monitor it to ensure that the issue is improved. HESSENN will terminate partnerships with suppliers that do not cooperate with improvements and refuse to work with new suppliers that have serious problems.
Energy conservation and emission reduction
HESSENN"s plant is designed with sustainability in mind. The following features help to reduce the impact on the region"s environment:Continuous power generation by rooftop solar energy, saving about 30% of electricity consumption;
Rainwater harvesting is used to flush toilets and sprinkler systems;
Energy efficient LED lights with daylight sensors installed inside and outside the building;
The general solid waste in the whole region is collected and sent to the power plant after sorting.
After industrial wastewater treatment, it is used to polish the water curtain system, which has achieved zero discharge;
HESSENN"s office is also taking steps to reduce its environmental impact:
LED low energy consumption and motion sensor lighting;
The office adopts energy-saving air conditioning;
Energy-efficient air conditioning and IT equipment;
Measure and monitor HESSENN"s energy consumption and waste;
Sorting and disposing of garbage;
